Do you have a license to sell alcohol?
Yes. I have a personal license that allows me to sell alcohol at any event with a T.E.N (temporary events notice) which we will supply.
What is the minimum and maximum hours of service you provide ?
We can work for a minimum of 3 hours to maximum of 12 hours
How much notice would the Flying Horse need to provide a service at a party ?
If the party requires the sale of alcohol, we would need 3 weeks notice minimum. if you require us to serve alcohol with NO payment taken on the day/night we would need 1 week notice if the date is available
How far would you travel ?
We are a mobile Bar, but usually travel up to 30 miles (but can arrange to travel further afield)
Can you provide Glassware instead of plastic ?
Yes we can provide Glassware for special occasions
What payment do you accept ?
We accept Cash, Card, Bank transfer or Contactless payments
Do you provide the alcohol ?
Yes we can provide the Booze that suits your budget and choice
Can the client provide their own alcohol ?
Yes the client can , this is known as Dry Hire
How does a cash Bar work ?
We charge a standard fee for the Flying Horse , Bartenders, Insurance, License, and T.E.N ( Temporary Events Notice)
and the client and guests will pay by the glass.
Are you insured ?
Yes we are insured
What are the measurement's of The Flying Horse ?
Her measurements are.......
4.40 meters in Length, 2.30 meters in Width, 2.80 meters in Height
Yes she is a little on the large side but very beautiful!
What events do you attend ?
We attend all events including, Weddings, Christenings, Birthday party's, Corporate events, Anniversary's,
Children's party's any event where drinks soft and alcohol are needed.
Do you have power ?
Yes we run off a generator or can use an extension lead to plug into the mains.
Can the client decorate the Flying Horse themselves ?
No we are happy to decorate with the clients decorations and add some of our own if required
